Drove by this place on the way to another place downtown Charlotte, so we busted a u-turn because my gf was not feeling the ride to dt since we came at 10:45am, hungry coming straight out the gym. The place has a nice size parking lot and clean restrooms with a "FastDry" hand dryer with fancy blue lights. Mexican-style atmosphere, clean dining area. Took about 1 min before someone greeted us.
I ordered the Al Pastor Tacos, which were delicious! Loved the grilled jalapeno and grilled green onion...there's a green, red, and orange sauces, which were fire!! We couldn't handle it, but the green sauce was bearable. If u love spicy, then you will love the red and orange sauce.
My gf ordered the Chorizo con Huevos desayuno plate, which came with rice, avocado, refried beans, sour cream, and Mexican cheese. Side order of tortillas were freshly made. All delicious!
The waitress did a good job bringing us food and checking on us to see how we liked the food and if we needed anything else, but took forever to check if we were ready to pay, so I just walked up to the register myself to pay. -

Significantly messed up our order. Forgot 13 out of 17 of the items we ordered.
Food wasn't that good -- carne asada in the tacos were tough and dry.
Granted this was a delivery order, but the checks on food and quality both failed. -

If you don't celebrate Taco Tuesday like it's a religion, then I don't know what is wrong with you. This is hands down my favorite taco places in Charlotte. They also have a competitive, can't-be-beat deal for Taco Tuesday. $1 Tacos. If you really want to get the full experience, get a shot of tequila with your tacos.
I recommend getting the Asada Tacos and adding cheese. -

This place is pretty good and very authentic. I like the reasonable prices and large portions of food. They are not stingy with anything! The guacamole is delicious and fresh. I also was a big fan of the queso and cheese pupusa .
The staff is nice. It wasn't busy on the day I went, so not much of a wait. I would like to try their drinks next time, I bet they're pretty decent. -

Really enjoyed myself here. The staff was very friendly. I tried practicing my Spanish and the waitress was patient with me. Drinks were amazing. Definitely will be back! Food and drinks prices decent as well.
